As foraging can take your character into higher level zones with aggressive creatures, it is sometimes recommended to level your [[Guard]] skill in tandem with your foraging skill in order to be able to safely adventure into dangerous areas to acquire these resources. Alternatively, the [[Immunity|Immunity spell]] can be used to escape.
