The visual appearance of a Flared Robe Bottom is dependent only on its level. Flared Robe Bottoms crafted by the Armorer profession use different variants of the materials for each different visual appearance of the Flared Robe Bottom.

Dyes may be applied to Flared Robe Bottoms at [[The Color Wheel]] or [[City Dyes]], which change the colour of some parts of the item without changing the variant or level.

==Combat Stats==
As a piece of Armor, Flared Robe Bottoms have resistance stats for all 6 damage types. The total resistance of a Flared Robe Bottom obeys a rigid formula with no variation:

*<math>R</math> is the Rarity, expressed as number of stars

This total resistance is divided up between the 6 damage types with some variation for each individual value. Since the armor is for the Hammermage faction, the [[File:Arborae damage icon.png|18px]] Arborae resistance will be on average 20 points lower than that of the other damage types. See [[Armor]] for a more detailed explanation of how resistances are calculated.

From this formula it can be seen that each increase in Rarity of a Flared Robe Bottom is equivalent to 15 additional levels. Thus a Flared Robe Bottom at level 0 {{Epic}}, at level 15 {{Rare}}, at level 30 {{Uncommon}}, or at level 45 {{Common}} will all have exactly the same total resistance of '''370'''.
