There is always 1 uncommon weapon and 1 uncommon armor, and the rest being common pieces. The equipment is always scaled to your current level of the respective profession. This scaling happens as you level, not when the stock changes.

Bladrick's Armory is a location in Crenopolis.[1] The shop owner, Bladrick, pays the same price for weapons and armor as the Quartermaster (NPC) from the Quartermaster Shop in Hopeport.
