It is created using the [[Alchemist]] profession by combining a [[bottle]] with [[5% Preparation XP Mine]], which is created using [[Dull Metallic Tooth]] and [[Crumbly Rock Scale]] at a [[Reagent Preparation Station]].
The XP Boost does apply to the [[Knowledge]] XP Reward.
If the XP Boost runs outs while in the middle a task that would give XP, it does not effect the XP gained from finishing the task.
