3d view

Revision as of 11:01, 15 November 2024 by Thingummywut (talk | contribs) (Adding what is shown for other players.)

The 3d view is the primary interface that players use to interact with the game world. It's viewed through a camera showing the player character that the player can control.

Players can click on any accessible tile of a room, causing their character to run to that tile, showing a white path of arrows ending to a cross on the target square while the character is running. Similarly, interactions on items, monsters, non-player characters, and scenery that require the player character to be next to the entity cause the character to first run to the entity before performing the action. Actions such as the "Info" action used to open the entity's card doesn't require the character to be located next to it.

Non-player characters that the player needs to talk to in order to progress quests feature a speech bubble with three dots in it and always have their name displayed above them. Items on ground always show their rarity and name above them, and other player characters always display their name (unless their privacy settings prevent it), possible faction, and total level. Hovering over non-player characters or interactable scenery also displays the object's name. Clicking on an interactable entity opens an action menu listing the options that the player has to interact with the entity.

For further information on how to interact with the interface, see controls.
