Non-player characters that the player needs to talk to in order to progress quests feature a speech bubble with three dots in it and always have their name displayed above them. Items on ground always show their rarity and name above them, and other player characters always display their name (unless their privacy settings prevent it), possible faction, and total level. Hovering over non-player characters or interactable scenery also displays the object's name. Hovering over an interactable entity highlights it visually, and clicking on it opens an action menu listing the options that the player has to interact with the entity.

Default text interactions with entities in the 3d view display as modal windows with "Continue..." button in the bottom of the window if the player doesn't have multiple options. When the player has multiple options to choose from, they are presented in a window titled "CHOOSE OPTION". Dialogue with non-player characters appears in colored speech bubbles.
