It is created using the [[Alchemist]] profession by combining a [[bottle]] with [[10% Potent Preparation XP Hopeport]], which is created using [[Blood Nettle]] and [[Spiral Wrack]] at a [[Reagent Preparation Station]].

As a Potent potion, it must be created using the Potent Potion Station. If the Potent Potion brewing process is failed, an [[8% Potion XP Hopeport]] will be produced instead and no xp[[Experience|XP]] will be awarded.

The [[Experience|XP]] Boost does apply to the [[Knowledge]] [[Experience|XP]] Reward.

If the [[Experience|XP]] Boost runs outs while in the middle a task that would give [[Experience|XP]], it does not effect the [[Experience|XP]] gained from finishing the task.
