Green Olives is an item gathered through a passive Merchant training method by working the Olive stall in Peacock Road North.
The item is used as material in the passive Alchemist potion training method of creating 5% Crenopolis XP potions, unlocked at level 92 Alchemist along with Red Earth Spice.
The item can be stored in the Alchemist's bank.
