Talking to Captain Jal Degreene

• Captain Jal Degreene: Afternoon, Player. How went your talk with our lord and master?
• Player: Good, he's looking into where that mysterious sorcerer might be.
• Player: In the mean time he's sent me on a mission to retrieve the Horn of Hopeport.
• Captain Jal Degreene: That is an important mission, but I'd wish he'd consult me on these things.

Talking to Lord Brannof

• Lord Brannof: Have you managed to recover the Horn of Hopeport?
• Player: Not yet.
• Lord Brannof: Well keep looking. I'd guess those goblins have stashed it somewhere in their home in the Mine of Mantuban.
• Lord Brannof: They'll keep a valuable item like the horn close by.

Opening the door

Open sturdy door

• The door is locked.
• Goblin Door Guard: Hah. You'll not get through there. It's very secure.
• Choose option
  • (Non-quest dialogue) Thanks I figured that already.
  • (Non-quest dialogue) What's behind it?

    • Goblin Door Guard: The whole point is you don't. We've locked it you see.

        • Goblin Door Guard: Yes. But you'll not find it. It's passed from goblin to goblin each day. You'd be lucky to find who's carrying it today.
        • Player: Well I certainly intend to try.
        • Goblin Door Guard: Over our dead bodies.
        • Player: That could be how this plays out.
      • Well that's my plans foiled.
        • Player: Well that's my plans foiled.
        • Goblin Door Guard: And don't forget it. Now scat!
  • Is the Horn of Hopeport behind there?
    • Player: Is the Horn of Hopeport behind there?
    • Goblin Door Guard: How did you ... ahem.
    • Goblin Door Guard: The Horn of Hopeport? Never heard of it.
    • (Shows the previous options.)
  • (Non-quest dialogue) I guess I'll explore elsewhere then.

Getting the key

• This goblin drops a key. You put it in your main quest inventory.

Rummage through box of loot

Before getting loot

• Player receives 88 silver and 300 copper.
• You find 88 silver, 300 copper and the Horn of Hopefort.

After getting loot

• You've already taken everything of worth from this box.
