- Jack Wellis: Even small offcuts are still quite useful. There are lots of small and medium items which can be made from them here.
- Jack Wellis: Read the design book in this room to see what you can make from the offcuts you have.
- Jack Wellis: You are welcome to use our leatherworker's bench to make items.

- Jack Wellis: Full leather hides are too valuable to waste on small items. They are mostly used for making a few specialist items, and armor.
- Jack Wellis: We don't make armor here, but if you talk to the dwarves at Stonemaw Hill they might be able to help you.
