This template creates an alphabetical table of contents bar for a page and removes the original table of contents.

==Usage==
<pre>{{Alphabetical header}}</pre>

To hide the link to the #-header use:
<pre>{{Alphabetical header|nums=no}}</pre>

To show the link to the Trivia header use:
<pre>{{Alphabetical header|trivia=yes}}</pre>
