The Knowledge Per Trade values probably need a second pass of validations. At best, they have a margin of error of less than 0.5. Knowledge values of some items don't cleanly follow whole integer values, or half point values. For example, a lot of items may have a value of 7.8 instead of 8 or 7.5, 6.2 instead of 6.
