Once opted-in, leaderboards may be viewed by going to the Community tab in-game and selecting its icon next to the player's friends list.
There is a delay between when levels are achieved and when the leaderboards are updated, allowing players on the leaderboards to display several levels behind their actual current level. However, achieving level 500 in a profession seems to force an update of the leaderboards. The leaderboards may also be opted-in and out of at any time to force a refresh of the data, or this can happen by logging out and back in.
