Hopeforest North Portal Stone is a room within the Hopeforest map that contains a teleportation point. The player will be able to activate it once they have trapped Scaramdar, during the Forgotten Things quest.
It is not necessary to fully complete the Forgotten Things quest, the lodestone does not automatically unlock.
