Handcuffs are a piece of profession equipment for the detective profession that can be purchased in Guardhouse Lobby from Desk Sergeant.
The handcuffs allow a player to apprehend thieves during the spotting thieves activity.
Though used in the animations for Crime Den Raids, enchanting does not increase exp gained.
Handcuff enchantments now increase exp gained in Crime Den Raids. (11 November 2024)
