Description						A manipulator of hair.

The Hairdresser is an NPC located at Hairdresser in Hopeport. The player character can get a haircut from him which allows the player to change their gender, hair, face, eyes, jaw, torso, legs, feet, and skin via the Design your character interface. Once the player chooses option "Here you go. 1 silver.", the player will pay 1  and will not be refunded if they choose to cancel.

He can't cut the player's hair if they are wearing head armor.
