Guard is a type of profession which specializes in combat in the first region of Hopeport. It focuses on unlocking higher strength monsters to fight and allows the player to wield higher level weapons and armor. Players will be unable to attack monsters with a higher Guard level, and likewise will be unable to equip weapons and armor with a higher Guard level.
Lootable NPCs
These are the NPCs for Guard that you can kill to upgrade your armor and weapons. When you successfully kill a lootable NPC you will gain 3.5% increase towards your Knowledge Points.
Passive Activity NPCs
These are the Passive Activity NPCs that you can unlock via certain Guard Levels with spending Knowledge Points to unlock them. They are an AFK method you can use to your advantage to gain Guard EXP whilst you are logged out of the game. They do not add any EXP towards Knowledge Points.
Capes
Guard Capes are unlocked by achieving various milestones in leveling of a profession and can be purchased from Daguer at The Cloakroom located in Hopeport.
