Initially, this room is inaccessible. After reaching level 51 [[Detective]], this room can be accessed for the crime den raids, where both this room and the Four Winds Side Room will contain [[Mugger]]s. Once the muggers in one room are defeated, the muggers in the other room will respawn, allowing one of the rooms to be used as a shortcut between [[Snag Alley]] and [[Four Winds Bar]]. This is particularly useful for delivering the 110 [[Merchant]] item, [[Carriage Clock]].
