Reaching 0 hitpoints in combat will cause the player to respawn in the [[Hopeport]] infirmary. Later zones may have their own respawn points<sup>[speculation]</sup>. Other than lost time and being forcibly moved to the respawn point, there appear to be no other consequences for reaching 0 hitpoints.
