Editing a redirect page is like editing any other page: the trick comes in finding the redirect page itself and not its target.
 
To access an existing redirect page, search for the redirect title (example "Abby whipCbow"). When the target page appears, a note underneath the target page's title will say something similar to "<span id='contentSub'>(Redirected from [[Abby whipCbow]])</span>". Clicking on the link in this notice will take you to the redirect page itself (pictured above) which can then be edited as normal.
 
Alternatively, <code>?redirect=no</code> can be appended to a link that redirects (the question mark indicates the start of a {{wp|Query string|query string}}).
