It is created using the [[Alchemist]] profession by combining a [[bottle]] with [[5% Preparation XP Hopeport]]. The [[5% Preparation XP Hopeport]] is created by combining [[White Periwinkle]] and [[Horn Shell]] at a [[Reagent Preparation Station]].

The XP Boost does apply to the [[Knowledge]] XP Reward.

If the XP Boost runs outs while in the middle a task that would give XP, it does not effect the XP gained from finishing the task.
