The 3d view is the primary interface that players use to interact with the game world. It's viewed through a camera
Players can click on any accessible tile of a room, causing their character to run to that tile, showing a white path of arrows ending to a cross on the target square while the character is running. Similarly, interactions on items, monsters, non-player characters, and scenery that require the player character to be next to the entity cause the character to first run to the entity before performing the action. Actions such as the "Info" action used to open the entity's card doesn't require the character to be located next to it.
Default text interactions with entities in the 3d view display as modal windows with "Continue..." button in the bottom of the window if the player doesn't have multiple options. When the player has multiple options to choose from, they are presented in a window titled "CHOOSE OPTION". Dialogue with non-player characters appears in colored speech bubbles. If the player doesn't continue a dialogue window in 20 seconds, the view dims and shows the text "Click to continue".
For further information on how to interact with the interface, see controls.
