During the Christmas event you can earn up to 20 unique hats while doing an active activity that rewards experience. Passive activities do not reward Christmas hats {{CiteTwitter|url=https://twitter.com/AndrewCGower/status/1866488834814562448|author=Andrew Gower|date=10 December 2024}}. It is also possible to receive a duplicate hat, which can be swapped with another player. The event will end in early January 2025, after which it wont be possible to collect the Christmas 2024 hats. They offer no stat bonuses and are purely cosmetic, able to be applied over the player's helmet/head slot using the [[transmog]] system.
