During the 2024 Christmas event, players can collect up to 20 unique hats while doing active activities that reward [[knowledge]]. Hats are obtained at fixed intervals, with a hat being rewarded upon gaining 66.666...% knowledge after the start of the event or obtaining the previous hat.

TheCollected hats will beare stored in a specific [[transmog]] inventory and do not use youra player's normal inventory or banking slots. They offer no stat bonuses and are purely cosmetic, able to be applied over the player's head slot using the [[transmog]] system. The [[transmog]] system was first released together with this event.
 
==Swapping Hatshats==
You can trade one of your Christmas hats from the event can be traded 1-to-1 with another nearbyplayer using the Nearby Players section of the Community interface or in the chat. The Christmas hat each player is currently wearing is the one that they will trade.

==Hats==
There are four types of hats that come in five different colors each. There are 20 different hats, so 1333.33% (13⅓) knowledge must be collected to be able to have at least one of all hats, after swapping duplicates.
